Graduate students of our chair Mozgovaya Yu.A. and Plakhuta V.A. visited the IX congress of pediatricians “Actual problems of pediatrics” which took place on October 8-9, 2013 in Kiev. On the Congress reports were made by leading scientists of Ukraine, the professor-pediatricians and practising doctors.
The problem questions of the organization of the treatment-and-prophylactic help to children, a question of reduction of child mortality, infectious incidence, disability, increase of level of health of pupils, introduction of new technologies of treatment, medical examination and rehabilitation of children with the chronic somatic diseases were considered on the Congress.
A significant part of the work of the Congress was devoted to the problems of social pediatrics, factors that negatively impact on health and quality of life of the children and their families.
